Parade of Hearts is a city-wide juried public art initiative designed to bring the Kansas City community together through the dispersion of artwork by local creators around Kansas and Missouri. “Gone Fishing” illustratively depicts the act of fishing from the perspective of the unsung heroes of the the fishing experience, our underwater neighbors.
